Riders can easily select the level of pedal assist they prefer. This will be covered in our short “Before You Ride” tutorial video. We will also go over the functionality of our bikes with you in person, so no worries. Although, this will depend on how, where, and what you are riding. We will sort this out prior to your reservation and make sure you and your party have the necessary equipment and knowledge to facilitate an enjoyable experience with our E-Bikes. If your reservation duration is greater than 12 hours, you may want to charge E-Bikes one or more times depending on your rental duration, how, where, what, and when you are riding.
Our E-Bikes are designed for optimal power with extended-range batteries. They are capable of traveling distances from 25 to 150 miles per charge. Each bike’s distance capabilities depend on many variables including but not limited to: how you ride, the power options you select while riding, the terrain you are riding, tire PSI, the total loaded weight, outside temperature, etc.
